Large Food and Drink Manufacturers (Courtauld 2025)

We are stronger when we deliver together, and to find solutions to big issues we have to collaborate.  WRAP Cymru is therefore calling on large food and drink manufacturers and businesses in Wales to become signatories to the Courtauld Commitment 2025.

Courtauld 2025 is an ambitious voluntary agreement that brings together organisations across the food system – from producer to consumer – to cut the resource needed to provide our food and drink by one-fifth over ten years.

Watch our Reshaping the Food Supply Chain video, which records the collective ambition of Courtauld 2025 signatories and their enthusiasm for building a food and drink supply chain that is more resilient, more sustainable and good for business.

Visit the Courtauld Commitment 2025 Signatories page to see all the businesses and organisations that have already made the commitment to inspire action and evoke change across the following four themes:

  • Embed new criteria into design, buying and sourcing
  • Optimise the whole supply chain to produce more with less
  • Help people get more value from the food and drink they buy
  • Find innovative ways to make best use of wastes and surpluses.

Courtauld 2025 helps deliver the objectives of the 21st annual Conference of the Parties (COP 21), and puts the UK on track to reduce food waste by half, in accordance with UN Sustainable Development Goal 12.3.

Join the food waste fight by signing up to Courtauld 2025 and signposting your supply chain to WRAP’s resources for mid-sized businesses (MSBs) and small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs).
