Adding value to your bakery wastes – a free webinar

WRAP Cymru is running a series of sector-specific webinars to enable food and drink manufacturers to conveniently discover the many commercial benefits of adding value to unavoidable wastes and by-products, the steps to achieving them and the free support available in Wales.

The series continues with a webinar at 10:00am on Wednesday 14th March 2018, which all are welcome to join but will be tailored to the Welsh bakery sector.

Delegates will discover how common bakery wastes and surplus dough could be transformed into products of real business value via valorisation, opening up new income streams and ultimately increasing revenue.

Specifically, the webinar will cover how to map and measure wastes and by-products, and will provide a number of attractive options for valorising bakery waste streams into new income streams with WRAP Cymru’s free, bespoke support.  Delegates will also be provided with examples of valorisation in action to demonstrate its success.
