    Last Friday I was in Rhymney in the South Wales Valleys for the opening of the UK’s largest agricultural plastics reprocessing facility. The £4.5 million plant, run by BPI (British Polythene Industries), will create 20 new jobs for the region; it will also mean that material collected here in Wales will no longer need to be transported all the way to Scotland for reprocessing.
